Dez was great! As my buying agent she was on top of everything! Highly recommend.

She was particularly in depth during the due diligence period. Searched previous owners, found a survey for us, arranged inspections, contacted the county about sewer and water (as this was raw land ,farm, with outbuildings).  Owner wanted a quick close, and we closed on-time!
